Money Managers/Traders Package
This is without question the most extensive package on IPOs and secondarys available in the world. The Money Managers/Traders Package features daily rankings, updates and changes for "firm commitment" new issues, as well as extensive weekend reports which include information on participating underwriters, selling groups and rankings broken down by participating underwriters.

The Money Managers/Traders Package is divided into two levels - Daily Reports and Weekend Reports. These packages are not available to anyone within the brokerage community, or anyone who is referred to as being on the "sellside."

Daily Reports - available online Monday through Friday - includes reports on equity pricings, changes in evaluations and deals on-deck, plus a special report delivered on Fridays featuring a head-start list for the following week.
Subscription rate: $1,000 per month

Weekend Reports - feature the alphabetical listing, calendar update, participating underwriters, selling group participants, secondary analysis and sector index and breakdown.
Subscription rate: Any 3 reports are included in the Daily Package. Additional reports are $250 per month/per report (when you subscribe to the Daily Reports.)

Action Track Packages
The Action Track is an IPO and secondary overview designed to help buyers and brokers bring new ideas to their clients by making knowledgeable short term recommendations on stocks that normally trade in an informational vacuum. IPO Action Track - subscribers receive daily faxed reports featuring information on the IPOs which have been priced by within the last 6 months by the top 5% of underwriters, including new buy/sell signals, triggered buy/sell signals, cancelled buy/sell signals, average volume, IPO size and volume factors and analyst recommendations.
Subscription rate: $300 per month

Secondary Action Track - covers a filtered list of companies that have filed to bring a secondary to market. Showing buy and sell signals, triggered buy and sell signals, cancelled buy and sell signals - plus expected earnings announcement dates.
Subscription rate: $500 per month

After-Market Performance Analysis Package
The After-Market Performance Analysis is an extraordinarily valuable tool for the professional money manager. It provides analysis for every IPO that has come out within the last 52 weeks and displays the information in easy-to-read reports that cover all the after-market trading information that will help you to make longer term decisions.

Each 30 page plus report displays the information in 4 different formats for easy information retrieval:

1. Alphabetical Listing - featuring all IPOs that have been priced in the last 52 weeks.
2. Percentage Ranking - listed in descending order of percentage gain for every IPO with breakdowns in 10% multiples.
3. Sector Ranking - listed alphabetically by sector in descending order of percentage gain for stocks in a particular sector.
4. Underwriter Ranking - listed alphabetically by underwriter and in descending order of percentage gain for every IPO.

The Syndicate Package is designed specifically for that purpose. Based on the Money Managers/Traders Package, this weekly fax package is a quick read on all the deals in registration, covered in 3 categories:

1. Alphabetical List - all the IPOs and secondarys.
2. Underwriter List - all the underwriters and each deal they are involved in.
3. Calendar List - everything that's coming out over the next 8 to 12 weeks.
